We offer two payment options: Monthly (Aug - May) or pro-rate your 24/25 tuition fee over 12 months (Aug - July).

Tuition Policies

  •  We accept Zelle, cash, checks, and cards as payment. Zelle payments can be made payable to info@gsballetacademy.com. Checks can be made payable to Golden State Ballet Academy. All credit card payments will incur a 2.5% processing surcharge. There is an annual non-refundable $35 registration fee per family due upon enrollment.

  • Families with 2 or more children enrolled, receive a 10% discount on each additional sibling.

  • Privates must be scheduled in advance. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for all scheduled privates. Privates that are not cancelled within a 24-hour period will be charged the full amount.

  • All tuition, including registration fees, is non-refundable. Any payment more than one week late will be subject to a 10% late fee. All classes must be paid for in advance.

  • Tuition may not be pro-rated for classes missed due to vacations, absences, illness or short-term injuries. Make-up classes can be taken at a level lower than the student’s current level, if applicable. Tuition may only be pro-rated for new students joining mid-month.

  • Any returned checks will be charged a $25 fee.

Studio Policies

  • Parents are not permitted to wait in the lobby while classes are in session.

  • Students must be picked up within 15 minutes of their class end time. 

  • Students who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be asked to observe class, at the teacher’s discretion.

  •  Cell phones must be silenced or turned off during class.

  •  Only water is permitted in the studios.

  •  Chewing gum is strictly prohibited in and around the premises.

  • Unless otherwise specified by parent or guardian, Golden State Ballet Academy reserves the right to use any photo/video obtained in the studios or on stage for social media and promotional material.
